On a day in Houston, TX that seemed like it wanted to rain and was completely overwhelmed by dreary overcast and threatening rain clouds, Tamika and I were lucky enough to have our day brighten by Damon & Adreana during their engagement session.

It was such a pleasure getting an opportunity to photograph the two of them together and afterwards I was inspired to do something I don’t normally do.

So, inspired by their session I have decided to make a completely black & white blog post and share with you guys all the photos of their session in without the color. Which, if you are familiar with my work you know that I LOVE color. This time however, I was inspired to step away from my comfort zone and try something that to me always comes off as an artistic cliché.
